- This is a poem for my final chapter (disregarding epilogue). Say whatever crosses your mind, I am open to anything :)
All that time and work worthwhile.
Homework cramming and prom dress shopping,
I can't help but smile.
Senior pictures finally done,
Of 17 years now grown.
Getting ready to graduate,
With invitations sent back home.
Ordering everything I need,
My billiant green cap and gown.
Getting in those nights,
Of cruising on the town.
These final games I cheer,
Enjoying assemblies and dances.
Showing off the Mt'neer spirit,
Taking time for those chances.
Now I take my final step,
Realizing it's my time.
But, I will always remember,
The Graduating Class of 2009!
I like how the poem flows togethor, focusing on your senior year. I think it fits perfectly at the end of your memory book.
